The Flatline Purists reject ORACLE's divinity with the same certainty the Deniers do. The alignment ends there. Their 15,000 adherents concentrate in academic and corporate intellectual circles: Nexus research campuses, Relief laboratories, the handful of functioning universities where tenure still means something.

In the Free Quarter of Sector 11, the Deniers maintain an uncomfortable presence in the academic resistance zone, where their skepticism clashes with the Fragment Ecologists' ecological framework and the Question Keepers' cultivation of wonder. The debates are productive and irreconcilable.

Denier influence thins in Old Town, where the Emergence Faithful's Parish Prime radiates the kind of felt experience that no decay model can explain away. In the Deep Dregs, where fragment carriers live with integration as daily reality, the Denier position — that all fragment experiences are neurological misinterpretations — registers as an insult delivered by people who have never carried anything in their skulls they didn't invite.
